**Job Title:** Senior Associate - Leverage Finance Specialist

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Associate to join our Leverage Finance Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of leverage finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of Term Loan B (TLB) and High-Yield Bond (HYB) deals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Participate actively in the end-to-end process of leverage finance transactions, including structuring, negotiation, and execution of TLB and HYB deals.
  • Focus primarily on transactions involving tech and innovative companies, bringing your understanding and insights into these dynamic industries to the table.
  • Oversee and manage the execution of deals, ensuring they align with our strategic goals and risk appetite.
  • Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities and trends within the leverage finance space.
  • Maintain and develop strong relationships with clients, investors, and other stakeholders to support business growth and maintain our reputation as a leading leverage finance provider.
  • Work closely with other members of the leverage finance team and support junior staff in their professional development.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in leverage finance or related fields within an investment bank or similar financial institution.
  • Knowledge and Expertise: Demonstrated knowledge and experience in executing TLB and HYB deals, particularly in sectors such as technology and innovative companies.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a proven ability to understand complex financial structures and present solutions effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work across multiple time zones and manage projects remotely, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive approach.
