Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Next Generation Ltd. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively generate new business opportunities through your own initiative and in collaboration with the team.
  • Work with cross-functional departments to develop new markets and territories.
  • Develop brand awareness of the company with the target customer base across the designated region.
  • Identify key exhibitions, conferences, and seminars to attend and exhibit.
  • Quote first-time RFQs, negotiate, and win new business.
  • Manage the handover of RFQs and POs to account managers.
Requirements:
  • Experience selling directly to Oil and Gas & OEMs.
  • Selling machined components, ideally turned parts.
  • Experience selling metals.
  • Ability to travel.
  • 3-5 years of working in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Previous experience working in a precision manufacturing environment.
  • Absolute understanding of the sales cycle.
  • Managing high-level commercial relationships.
