About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Lifelancer, a talent hiring platform in Life Sciences, Pharma, and IT, as a Clinical Data Analyst. We are seeking an individual with a scientific/clinical background in oncology or non-oncology disease areas paired with experience in data analysis or bioinformatics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to Strategic Objectives: Deliver against the team's strategic objectives and report on progress.
  • Develop Scalable Solutions: Develop a product mindset to solve problems in a scalable way that benefits multiple clients of Lifelancer.
  • Assist in RD Practices: Assist in research and development practices in experimentation, documentation, and innovation capture through the Invention Disclosure process.
  • Create Diagnostic Deductive Pathways: Assist in creating new Diagnostic Deductive Pathways (DDPs), business rules, and eligibility criteria from internal or client requests.
  • Validate Business Rules: Carry out detailed validation of business rules and eligibility criteria with cross-functional agreement from additional teams.
  • Enhance Lab Data: Assist in labeling our lab data and enhancing our Large Language Model (LLM) through work in Annotation Lab.
  • Ensure Data Quality: Maintain a strong focus on data quality control processes at all levels.
  • Train and Educate: Assist with training within the wider company in terms of understanding our data sources and their applications.

  2. Technical Skills: Disease expertise, ability to translate disease knowledge into real-world data to derive enhanced insights, data handling, analytics/statistics, and interpretation and validation of results.
