About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional Nursery Manager to lead our team in the Windsor area countryside. This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable nursery with a strong reputation for providing high-quality care and education to children.

Key Responsibilities
As a Nursery Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supporting a team of experienced childcare professionals. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring the highest standards of care and education are maintained at all times
• Leading and managing a team of childcare professionals to achieve excellent outcomes for children
• Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the nursery
• Maintaining strong relationships with parents and carers to ensure excellent communication and partnership working
• Managing budgets and resources to ensure the nursery operates efficiently and effectively

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare
• At least 3 years' previous experience of working in a Day Nursery
• At least 2 years' experience of leading and supporting teams
• Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• A genuine passion and excitement to work with children and helping others learn
• Sound knowledge of the latest EYFS framework and regulations
• A firm knowledge of Ofsted standards and requirements
