Alecto Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled High-Performance Painter to join our team at a leading Commercial Accident Repair Centre in Ashford, Surrey. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional painting results, meeting the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and paint commercial vehicles to the highest standard, using modern spray equipment and materials
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and within manufacturer guidelines
• Perform color matching and mixing to achieve seamless results
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety regulations

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector
• Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Proficiency in using modern spray equipment and materials
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to producing high-quality work consistently

Benefits:
£44,000 - £54,000 basic salary, with overtime and bonuses available. Incentive: £4,000 bonus paid after 6 months of service. 45.5 hours per week with no weekends.
