Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to take on the role of Head of Datacentre and Cloud at TRIA in Cardiff. This is a permanent appointment that offers a competitive salary up to £73,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities: Developing and implementing key strategies for data centres and cloud services, managing delivery in alignment with organisational goals, overseeing technology infrastructure operation and maintenance, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices, leading and mentoring teams, and providing strong management for budgeting and resource allocation.

• Technical Expertise: Experience in leading day-to-day operational management of platforms/infrastructure in a medium to large enterprise, demonstrating technical leadership and experience in setting strategic direction
  
• Leadership Skills: Proven experience in team leadership roles, successfully building, leading, or developing teams of specialist IT/Digital professionals
  
• Financial Management: Strong budgeting and financial management skills
  
• Cultural Fit: Welsh Speaker (Level 1) or willingness to work towards achieving this level
