Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards
  • Check and report any equipment malfunctions or issues
  • Ensure guest documentation is complete and up-to-date
  • Handle lost property and apply procedures for its handling
  • Respect guidelines for cleaning product usage and handle hotel equipment with care
  • Restock and clean the trolley daily

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A warm and caring personality, with previous housekeeping experience an asset
  • The ability to anticipate and focus on guest needs, being professional and welcoming
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
