Corporate Finance Strategist

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy and planning efforts in Archway, United Kingdom.

• Develop Financial Plans: Develop comprehensive financial plans to drive business growth.
• Manage Financial Risks: Identify and manage financial risks to ensure financial stability.
• Oversee Financial Operations: Oversee month-end and year-end financial operations, including audits.
• Ensure Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax laws and financial regulations.
• Build Stakeholder Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with external auditors, banks, and stakeholders.
• Provide Strategic Financial Advice: Provide strategic financial advice to senior management.
• Improve Financial Systems: Implement and improve financial systems, policies, and procedures.

• Experience: Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
• Financial Knowledge: Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Qualifications: ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualification is preferred.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
