About the Role

Morrison Water Services is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in the Yorkshire Region. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining a positive Health and Safety culture and ensuring all areas of operational delivery meet client, customer, and company/contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive Health and Safety culture
  • Ensure all areas of operational delivery meet client, customer, and company/contractual requirements
  • Ensure all works are delivered within the relevant regulatory and client asset standards
  • Ensure works are planned and executed taking into account all aspects of SHEQ
  • Mitigating risks (Financial, Health, Safety & Environmental, Customer Complaints)
  • Provide technical knowledge to facilitate the effective planning and scheduling for noticing
  • Interpret Data to enable root cause analysis of failure to team level
  • Carry out on site audits and onsite supervision
  • To maintain effective relationships with clients, Local Authorities and other third parties
  • Utilise and interact with other team members and support functions to deliver the complete work basket out of working hours
  • Monitor productivity and improve when required
  • Ensure all feedback is completed correctly and all cost captured
  • Management of plant under their control (including but not limited to) off hire/on hire and reporting and documenting any damage caused through neglect or misuse
  • Carry toolbox talks/Competency Assessment/Investigation when required

Working Arrangements

The working week will be 4 shifts Monday to Thursday (4 Nights). The shift will start at 5pm, this will consist of 11.25 working and 45 minute unpaid break, 5am finish following morning.
