Bakery Technologist

We are seeking a highly skilled Bakery Technologist to join our team at Permanent Futures. As a key member of our flavor development team, you will play a crucial role in creating innovative and delicious flavor solutions for our clients.

1. Flavor Development: Conduct flavor trials and sensory evaluations to ensure product quality and consistency, and provide technical support to clients to assist them in the application of our sweet flavor solutions.
2. Technical Support: Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging flavor technologies, and participate in the development of new sweet flavor concepts and product lines.
3. Quality Control: Maintain accurate records and documentation of experiments and trials, and comply with quality control and safety standards in the laboratory.
4. Collaboration: Work closely with our team of Account Managers, Flavourists, Technologists, Quality Control and Assurance experts, and Manufacturing Operators to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
