Our client is a prestigious boutique hotel and restaurant situated in the beautiful Wye Valley and woodland. With 1 Michelin star, a Michelin Green star, and 4 AA rosettes, our client offers exceptional dining experiences and luxurious accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Lead the restaurant team, overseeing recruitment, training, and performance management">
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to increase sales and enhance customer satisfaction">
  • Maintain exceptional food quality, presentation, and service standards">
  • Manage the restaurant's budget, including cost control and inventory management">
  • Nurture strong relationships with suppliers and local stakeholders">
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Substantial experience as a Restaurant Manager in a Michelin-starred restaurant">
  • WSET Level 3 qualification or equivalent">
  • Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and surpassing guest expectations">
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends">
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Adaptable approach to meeting changing demands">
  • No history of serious criminal convictions or pending charges">

Compensation Package:
