Job Overview

The Supporter Care Manager will play a key role in maximising income by delivering high-quality donation processing, supporter care, and donor journeys. This will involve developing and implementing effective strategies to increase the lifetime value of supporters through an excellent supporter experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and planning of a sustainable outsourced lottery programme that delivers against income and ROI targets
  • Oversee the management and continuous optimisation of the CRM System (Donorflex) for fundraising, communications, and engagement purposes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality supporter experiences and drive retention
Requirements
  • SIGNIFICANT EXPERIENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, IDEALLY WITHIN A NOT-FOR-PROFIT OR COMMERCIAL SETTING
  • Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to drive supporter growth and retention
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

Estimated Salary

£40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
