Job Title: Paediatric Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Paediatric Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Paediatric Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with children and young people who require complex care services.

About the Role:

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires a high level of care and attention to detail. You will be working with clients who have a range of medical conditions, including tracheostomy and gastrostomy management, PEG feeding, and epilepsy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with clinical interventions such as PEG feeds, seizure management, and medication administration.
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including oral suctioning, ventilation, and tracheostomy care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and field care supervisors to ensure the highest level of care is provided to our clients.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably with children and young people.
  • Full right to work within the UK and a full UK driving license with access to a car.
  • Ability to commit to at least two shifts per week.
