Culinary Services Manager Role

At Holroyd Howe, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Culinary Services Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our culinary operations and ensuring that our high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale food service operations, with a strong focus on menu planning, food preparation, and presentation. You will be responsible for leading a team of chefs and kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that our culinary services meet the highest standards.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about food, has excellent leadership and communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and experienced culinary professional who is looking for a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of chefs and kitchen staff to ensure that our culinary services meet the highest standards.
  • Develop and implement menu plans that meet the needs of our customers and are aligned with our company's culinary vision.
  • Ensure that all food preparation and presentation meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Manage food costs and inventory to ensure that we are operating within budget.
  • Collaborate with other members of the management team to ensure that our culinary services are aligned with the company's overall strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale food service operations.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation and presentation.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
