About the Role
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing continuous improvement projects, with experience in lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • You will be responsible for guiding the digital factory team on change management and evaluating CI requests to streamline processes.
  • A key aspect of this role is conducting training sessions and workshops to up-skill the team on lean and continuous improvement techniques.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science or IT.
  • Proven experience in data analysis and proficiency in digital tools and software.
  • Degree in Digital Business management or relevant experience is preferred.
