Job Overview

This strategic position offers an excellent opportunity to shape our KYC quality standards and strengthen our compliance framework. You will lead a team of quality assurance professionals, implementing process improvements to mitigate compliance and operational risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the QA team through the transformation programme.
  • Ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of KYC reviews.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce compliance and operational risks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong KYC/AML and QA backgrounds, with experience managing or leading a small team and mentoring people. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
