Job Title: Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Commercial Gas and Oil Engineer to join our team at Thermatic Group. As a key member of our service engineering team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality maintenance services to our commercial clients across Scotland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on commercial gas and oil heating systems
  • Conduct site visits to identify and resolve maintenance issues
  • Work with our account teams to provide quotations and source supplier quotations for additional works
  • Participate in a 24-hour call-out rota to ensure prompt response to client needs
  • Support team members and contribute to the growth and development of our organization
Requirements:
  • Gas Safe qualified across all commercial and industrial equipment, applications, and installations
  • Oil Fired Heater (OFTEC) certification
  • Working knowledge of Building Regulations
  • Building Environmental and Electrical Services experience
  • Sound understanding of Health & Safety obligations
  • Basic plumbing and building material skills/knowledge
  • Asbestos Awareness
  • Full UK driving licence
  • CSCS card
  • IPAF & PASMA
  • Part P Electrical certificate
