Senior Culinary Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Senior Culinary Associate to join our team at ESS on a full-time basis, working 35 hours per week. As the heart of our operation, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food that delights our clients and customers.

• Food Preparation: Prepare delicious, high-quality food that meets our standards and exceeds customer expectations.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and surrounding areas, adhering to Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
• Machinery and Equipment: Ensure the correct use of all machinery and equipment, prioritizing efficiency and productivity.
• Loading and Unloading: Assist with loading or unloading deliveries and supply vehicles, maintaining a safe and organized work environment.
• Brand Representation: Represent Defence and maintain a positive brand image, embodying our company values and culture.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, an ability to manage pressure, prioritize tasks, and work effectively as part of a team. We offer a competitive salary of £23,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
