The Thrive Group is seeking a dedicated Gardener/Horticulturalist to join our team on a temporary to permanent basis. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on maintaining the park's flower beds during the summer months.

We are looking for an individual who can commit to working regular hours, including Monday to Friday 07:00-15:00 and Fridays off at 14:30. The hourly rate of £12.18 reflects the importance of this role and the skills required to excel in it.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain the park's flower beds, ensuring they remain healthy and visually appealing throughout the summer season.
  • Undertake grass cutting duties using pedestrian mowers, adhering to high standards of quality and safety.
Requirements
  • A minimum of some experience in horticulture, plants, shrubs, and their maintenance is essential.
  • The ability to work outdoors in all types of weather is crucial, as is a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Salary: £12.18 per hour.
