About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Podiatrist (Senior) Offender Health to take on a challenging role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be responsible for managing your own clinical caseload, including assessing patients' needs and developing individualized treatment plans. Your expertise will also be sought by other members of the multi-disciplinary team, who will rely on your specialist advice and training.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Manage your own clinical caseload, prioritizing tasks and ensuring efficient use of time
• Maintain professional standards, adhering to all policies and procedures
• Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery
• Participate in the development of Evidence-Based Practice projects, audits, and outcome measures
• Represent TOTALLY externally regarding the podiatry service provided to patients
• Promote understanding of the aims of TOTALLY to relatives and carers as appropriate

Clinical Skills and Qualifications
We are looking for a qualified Podiatrist with extensive experience in offender health settings. Your skills should include:
• Comprehensive assessment and treatment planning
• Nail surgery, MSK/biomechanics, wound care, diabetes care, and routine care
• Ability to communicate complex information to patients and carers
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using equipment and technology relevant to podiatry
