Circet UK is seeking an experienced Supervisor to lead our R100 contract on the Western Isles, overseeing activities and managing workflows to ensure efficient project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project workflows, survey, and programme work streams for the supply chain, and coordinate staff to carry out required works.
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle from allocation to closure, ensuring quality and the return of relevant packs.
  • Coach and mentor field operatives to improve quality and compliance to industry standards.
  • Conduct in-progress audits and coach sub-contractors on site to identify and implement innovations that improve site safety.
