Job Opportunity: Roofers Mate

We are proud to be representing our client, a leading Social Housing company, in their search for an experienced Roofers Mate to work on a contract in Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist roofers in repairs and maintenance work
  • Conduct regular quality checks
  • Repair or replace damaged roofing materials
  • Follow health and safety rules, particularly regarding working at height
  • Check for weather damage and restock materials

Requirements:

  • Essential: Roofer experience and full UK driving license
  • Desirable: Asbestos Awareness and DBS clearance

Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £26,595 per annum
  • Core hours: Mon-Fri 8am - 4:30pm with overtime paid at enhanced rates
  • Call out rota (if wanted)
  • Permanent position with van and fuel card provided
