What is it like being a specialist dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners?

There is a good patient flow from referrals by GDPs within the corporate network, resulting in a consistent workload. You will have great support with administrative tasks, and we offer opportunities for continuing education and skill development, which can be beneficial for staying updated with the latest advancements in orthodontics. There are NHS and private job opportunities within multiple practices and support from a network of experienced orthodontists from within the organisation.

As a Dentist, you'll play a leading role in delivering the best service to your community of patients. You'll be supported by a hugely experienced team of Orthodontists, Endodontists, Periodontists, and Implantologists across the area. Regular meetings with your Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team will help you stay on track with your revenue targets and expectations and support you with the operational management of the practice.
