Job Details

Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser or Audiologist sought for a role within Plymouth and surrounding areas. The successful candidate will visit patients in their own homes, testing those with hearing difficulties and delivering, fitting, and adjusting aids. Aftercare home visits will also be required. A sympathetic approach and empathy are essential, as some patients will be elderly and frail. A confident driver with a clean license is necessary, as well as the ability to enjoy being out on the road. In return, an excellent salary package, including a commission structure, company car, fuel card, and pension, will be offered. The ideal candidate will be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit patients in their own homes to test and deliver hearing aids
  • Carry out aftercare home visits to ensure patient satisfaction
  • Work with a sympathetic approach and empathy, particularly with elderly and frail patients
  • Be a confident driver with a clean license
