About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Child Psychology Specialist to join our team at Outcomes First Group. As a leading provider of special needs education, we strive for excellence in supporting pupils with complex needs.

About the Role
  • Job Type: Permanent, Term Time only (potential for full-time)
  • Working Hours: 5 days per week, TBC

You will work alongside our multi-disciplinary team, delivering psychological assessments and interventions for pupils within schools. Your role will also involve engaging in professional development training for all staff and providing guidance for education teams.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A doctoral or masters professional qualification in Educational Psychology
  • Creative and passionate about improving outcomes for pupils
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle required
