We are looking for an Experienced Legal Advisor with expertise in Commercial Property Law to join our team in Oxfordshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling complex commercial property matters, including acquisitions, promotions, option agreements, planning and infrastructure agreements, land sales, refinance agreements, leases and sales of investment properties.

This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to work with a highly respected firm in the industry. As an Experienced Legal Advisor, you will have the chance to represent the firm through external and internal presentations, attend marketing and networking events to bring in work and contribute to the growth of the business.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial property law and possess strong legal and leadership skills. You will also have excellent organisation and time-management skills, as well as the ability to work to deadlines and targets.

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £80,000 per annum, depending on starting level.
