About the Role

The University of Reading is seeking a skilled CRM Support Analyst to join its CRM Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing support to the Dynamics 365 CRM Re-Implementation project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide application support to a large user base of Dynamics CRM users.
  • Administer Microsoft Dynamics 365, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Work with business users and partners to deliver a quality solution that meets the current and evolving needs of the University.
  • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 applications using Power Platform, including PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, customizations, and development processes.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and training of end users.
  • Work in an Agile environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
