We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Account Manager to build and maintain strong client relationships. As a key liaison between clients and internal teams, you will ensure the seamless delivery of our IT services.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join our growing team and be part of our success. As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing our sales strategy.
  • Attending networking and supplier events.
  • Preparing tenders, pricing proposals, and contract bids.
  • Promoting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Exploring revenue opportunities within the existing client base.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in managing information in a service environment and building customer relationships.
  • Success in growing new business.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Organised, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in a team.
  • Experience in client meetings and presentations.
