We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IFA/Financial Planner to join our team as Head of IFA Sales. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our IFA sales team and driving business growth.
As an IFA/Financial Planner, you will provide expert advice to HNWI and their families, tailoring your support to meet their unique circumstances and goals. You will enjoy sales because it enhances your clients' lives, not just because it adds to the bottom line.
You will be taking over as Head of IFA Sales from our CEO, freeing him to focus on strategy. He will trust you to share his values around excellence, trust, family, and listening, building towards our growth plans.
As you embed in the business in this senior, autonomous role, you will have the opportunity to grow your sales team and make a significant impact on our future.
About You- You are a qualified IFA/Wealth Manager, preferably a Chartered Financial Planner or working towards it.
We will tailor the compensation package around your needs, considering your experience and qualifications. If you have a non-compete agreement, we will help you work through it to ensure there are no issues.
We are flexible with timeframes and can move forward quickly or wait for the right person.
