- Subject Knowledge and Lesson Delivery: Strong subject knowledge, delivering informative, challenging, and engaging lessons.
- Passion for Education: Passion for education and helping young people reach their full potential.
- Behaviour Management: Positive, consistent, and proactive behaviour management skills.
- Differentiation and Progress: Ability to differentiate lessons to ensure all students make consistent progress.
- Resilience and Attitude: A resilient and positive attitude.
Experience working with SEN students is a plus but not essential. Enthusiasm, energy, and excellent relationship-building skills with pupils, staff, and parents are key.

We offer FREE online safeguarding and Prevent Duty training to all our workers. All candidates must undertake or have undertaken a valid enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and subscribe to the DBS Update Service.
