Hospitality and Events Management Internship

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Hospitality and Events Management Intern. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hospitality management, working directly with a team to deliver high-quality service in a vibrant campus setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations of our cafe, bar, restaurant, and event spaces, ensuring a high standard of service and customer experience.
  • Lead a team of staff members, providing daily guidance and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
  • Enhance the guest experience by creating an inspirational and welcoming atmosphere, working closely with the owners to implement new strategies for improving guest satisfaction.
  • Plan and execute various events and workshops, collaborating with the marketing and operations team to promote events and ensure seamless execution.
  • Develop leadership skills by taking initiative, solving problems, and guiding the team through the challenges of day-to-day operations.

  • Hospitality enthusiast with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Leadership-minded individual with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
  • Proactive and healthy lifestyle advocate, with a love for healthy food, fitness, and yoga.
