We are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable individual to complete their Level 2 Childcare Apprenticeship at Hadland Care Group. Our nursery provides a home away from home for children, with a family-run business approach that prioritizes emotional, social, and educational development.

Job Overview

The successful candidate will contribute to a high-quality caring environment, working in a team to create a warm and stimulating atmosphere. Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing all aspects of care for children under supervision, including washing, changing, and feeding
  • Assisting with meeting the personal, social, and emotional needs of individual children
  • Providing adult-led interactions with children in the nursery
  • Contributing to good standards of safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in the nursery
  • Being aware of all emergency and fire evacuation procedures

We offer a competitive salary of £17,000 per annum, plus benefits. The successful candidate must have experience in a childcare environment and be able to gain a clear DBS. GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent, are also required.

About Us

Hadland Care Group is a family-run business dedicated to providing high-quality childcare services. Our nursery is open from 8:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, and we require our employees to work 30 hours per week with shift patterns to be discussed.
