About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to join our team at Spicerhaart in Guildford. As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, ensuring that they are maintained to the highest standards and that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct property inspections and negotiate tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinate with contractors to manage maintenance and repair issues at properties
  • Process deposit returns and resolve rental arrears
  • Ensure properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints and complete check-in and check-out procedures

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license for a manual vehicle
  • Previous experience in a property management role or customer-facing and administrative roles
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
  • Outstanding customer service skills and good telephone manner
  • IT skills and attention to detail

What We Offer

  • A basic salary range of £22,000 to £31,500 per year, dependent on experience
  • Up to £5,400 in capped commission (in addition to basic salary)
  • A further £2,725 uncapped commission target (in addition to basic salary)
  • Minimum on-target earnings of £30,125+ per year
  • Company car
  • Full-time working hours: 08:30-18:00 (weekdays) and 09:00-17:00 (one in every four Saturdays, with a day in lieu in exchange)
