We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Chef to join our team at Beaumont Care Homes. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that cater to the diverse needs and preferences of our residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare menus in consultation with the Cook Manager, Home Manager, residents, families, and catering committees to ensure that all dietary needs are met.
  • Lead, motivate, and direct a team of kitchen colleagues to deliver a first-class catering service to our residents.
  • Assist in supervising all other kitchen staff and maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food preparation.
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience working in a kitchen environment.
  • Able to work under own initiative and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with HACCP principles and practices.
