As a Community Care Provider, you will be an integral part of our team, working closely with clients and their families to understand their unique needs and preferences.

Job Overview

This is a full-time or part-time position available, with flexible working hours to suit your needs. You will be responsible for providing personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks and household chores. Your duties will also involve maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns to the management team.

We offer a comprehensive induction training program, which includes the Care Certificate. You will also receive regular support and training to ensure you feel confident and competent in your role.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as you will need to travel to clients' homes.
