As a Security Colleague at ASDA, you will play a vital role in safeguarding our colleagues and customers, ensuring their safety and security while shopping.

The ideal candidate will be naturally friendly, willing to work flexibly, and committed to delivering great results as part of the team. You will be responsible for conducting regular patrols, checking fire doors, and maintaining records. This includes acting as a witness during spot checks, supporting your manager, and conducting random checks on vehicles and other areas of the store.

About the Role:

• You must be over 18 and pass a basic level safeguarding check.
• Flexible working hours are required, including weekend shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily checks on fire doors, clearing any obstructions and maintaining records.
• Act as a witness during spot checks, recording details and supporting your manager.
• Conduct random checks on vehicles in the warehouse yard with drivers present, and other areas of the store.

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.
