Administrative Support Specialist

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our UK sales team as a Pre-Construction Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and maintenance of accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries and process sales-related paperwork efficiently.
- Maintain procurement portals, update customer records, and ensure accuracy in database management.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager to prepare sales meetings, generate reports, and assist in business development activities.
- Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Key Requirements:
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of £29,500 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
