Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced administrative professional to join our UK sales team as a Pre-Construction Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-level administrative support to our sales team, ensuring seamless execution of sales activities and maintenance of accurate records.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Answer customer inquiries and process sales-related paperwork efficiently.
  2. Maintain procurement portals, update customer records, and ensure accuracy in database management.
  3. Collaborate with the Pre-Construction Manager to prepare sales meetings, generate reports, and assist in business development activities.
  4. Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

Key Requirements:

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, preferably with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Able to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external customers.

What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of £29,500 - £34,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth.
