We are looking for a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Night Support Worker at Maes Y Coed, a brand new home in the Pembrokeshire area.

The role requires a driver's license and involves regulated activity, requiring an enhanced DBS with barred list check.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring physical and emotional needs are met through a supportive environment
  • Supporting our people during recreational activities and community integration
  • Promoting independence, self-esteem, and confidence
  • Working together to ensure support is tailored to individual needs
  • Keeping accurate records of activities, progress, and incidents
