About the Opportunity

Red Rock Partnership is excited to announce a unique opportunity for an experienced Surveyor to join their esteemed client in Essex.

The successful candidate will work closely with the commercial team, responsible for preparing and issuing valuations to clients, conducting site visits, and liaising with project management. This role requires a strong understanding of various sectors within the construction industry.

Purpose of the Role:

  • Prepare and issue valuations to clients
  • Conduct regular account meetings with clients to agree payment certificates
  • Liaise with project management during site visits
  • Work closely with estimators and directors in the commercial team
  • Chase and collect payments once payment certificates are raised
  • Price and agree additional works costs
  • Keep job costings up-to-date and report to directors on a monthly basis

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years' experience working in surveying
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Proven track record of scaffolding surveying and cost planning to tight deadlines
