About the Role:

  • Develop and implement individualised support plans tailored to each student's requirements.
  • Assist students in developing coping strategies and managing their emotions effectively.
  • Promote Positive Behaviour; foster a supportive and inclusive environment conducive to positive behavioural development.
  • Implement behaviour management techniques to address challenging behaviours, encouraging and reinforcing positive ones.
