We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Level 3 qualified Preschool Room Leader to join our team at Bright Horizons Teddies Day Nursery and Preschool in the Nether Edge area of Sheffield.

About the Role:
  • As a Preschool Leader, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional care and education to our young children, ensuring a safe and engaging environment that promotes their development and well-being.
  • You will lead, mentor, and inspire a team of professionals to provide high-quality care and education, driving excellence in everything we do.

Salary: £26,600+

About You:

  • Level 3 or above Early Years qualification (essential)
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years setting – ideally as a Room Leader, Nursery Nurse, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, or similar
  • Sound understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of Safeguarding, Child Protection, and legislative requirements for working with children
  • Ability to build trust and strong relationships with colleagues and parents
  • Effective communication skills for working with children and adults
