Unlock Your Potential as a Mortgage Advisor

We are partnering with a client in Gloucestershire to source a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to take over a warm desk with over 200 diarised re-broker calls and over 400 legacy contacts for outreach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients to advise on mortgage and protection products
  • Manage assessments upholding the highest standards of ethics to provide the best possible advice
  • Advise on repayments and mortgage protection while selling related financial products such as buildings or life insurance
  • Complete the mortgage application and continue to monitor applications and provide updates to clients throughout the closure
  • Keep up to date on new mortgage products and changes in regulation/legislation
  • Uphold the highest level of confidentiality and follow strict industry rules and guidelines to ensure you give impartial and appropriate financial advice

Requirements

  • 2 years experience as a Mortgage Advisor
  • Excellent ability to explain complex information clearly
  • Strong communicator with the ability to negotiate
  • Astute financial awareness and confidence in working with numbers
  • CeMAP or equivalent is essential
