Senior Manager of Supplier Partnerships

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee our supplier relationship management team, ensuring high standards in developing and managing supplier relationships to drive business success.
As the Senior Manager for Supplier Relationship Management, you will lead the SRM team, overseeing a large portfolio of material, outsourced, and high-value commercial relationships.
You will be responsible for developing and implementing supplier-specific strategies that deliver commercial value and manage risks, partnering with Accountable Directors across various Business Functions to ensure key supplier relationships meet their business objectives and contractual commitments.
Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Management, you will act as a deputy and have delegated duties in line with regulatory SMF24 responsibilities, ensuring the Director of SCM and the YBS Chief Operating Officer meet their regulatory obligations for outsourcing and third-party risk management.
About YouYou must be an experienced Leader in Supplier Relationship Management with experience covering both IT and Non-IT supplier relationships, possessing a deep understanding of third-party risks in the supply chain in a regulated / financial services environment.
You will have the ability to develop and implement mitigation strategies and action plans to reduce or eliminate these risks, ensuring the successful management of supplier relationships and the delivery of commercial value.
