About the Role

This full-time position is available for an experienced individual to create an activity-based culture, developing, delivering, and coordinating programmes focused on social, recreational, and leisure activities.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement activity plans to increase engagement among service users.
  • Create one-to-one and group rapport with service users to promote participation.
  • Establish links with community-based resources to enhance programme offerings.

You will work alongside a dedicated team to help individuals lead meaningful lives with choice and control, accessing mainstream services and facilities.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £28,000 per annum, pro rata. Additional benefits include subsidised meals, free parking, wellbeing support, career development opportunities, pension contribution, and life assurance.
