About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Auditor to join our team at Doubletree by Hilton Hull. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide warm and friendly welcome to guests during the night-time shift
  • Use the front office system to check guests in and out of the hotel
  • Handle queries and answer questions for visitors
  • Act as a Company ambassador and uphold detailed knowledge about the hotel, its offerings, and the local area
  • Complete the night audit checklist, including a range of duties and checks
  • Perform walk rounds of the hotel to ensure everything is as it should be
  • Maintain excellent communication and relations with supporting departments
