Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing management information, utilising business intelligence software, and supporting all Business System users throughout the company.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain BI dashboards, KPIs, and metrics to provide insights into business performance.
- Administer and develop existing SQL databases, including triggers, procedures, and data views.
- Write VBA code to automate tasks and improve processes.
- Test and upgrade software to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
- Provide ad hoc MI requirements to support business decision-making.
- Working knowledge of Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
- Conversant with SQL and database administration.
- Understanding of VBA and automation.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills, including functions, data connections, charts, and pivots.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues of varying IT literacy levels.
