Job Title: Buying Team Assistant

Location: Our UK office

Salary: £24,000 - £29,000 per annum

Job Description

In this role, you will assist our Buying teams in developing and selecting fashion ranges that appeal to our 20-something customer. Your responsibilities will include managing sample logistics, updating project timelines, and processing orders to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Raise purchase orders accurately and on time, ensuring the range plan is up-to-date throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Work collaboratively with Merchandising, Design, Production, Technical, Marketing, and Brands/Suppliers daily.
  • Support the Buying team in product development that is customer-focused and aligned with the company's wider business strategy, considering commercialism, costing, and innovation.
  • Attend relevant training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Be proficient in using MS Office and learning new systems.

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with MS Office and ability to learn new systems.
