Marketing Executive

Are you a talented marketing professional with a passion for B2B marketing? We are seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Precision Recruitment UK Ltd.

The successful candidate will play a key role in executing our marketing strategy, supporting customer retention and growth, and driving success across various marketing channels. You will work closely with our Sales Team to develop and implement targeted marketing efforts, leveraging your expertise in CRM management and SEO.

The Role:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to drive business growth and customer engagement.
  2. Collaborate with the Sales Team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  3. Manage and segment our CRM database to optimize marketing efforts and improve customer insights.
  4. Design and implement effective B2B event strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive lead generation.
  5. Create high-quality content and promotional materials to engage our target audience and promote our brand.
  6. Monitor and analyze marketing performance, providing regular reports and insights to inform future strategies.
  7. Stay up-to-date with market trends and competitor analysis to ensure our marketing efforts remain competitive and effective.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a strong understanding of CRM management and SEO.
  2. Industry-recognised qualification in marketing or a related field.
  3. Excellent writing and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content and promotional materials.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business growth.
  5. Self-motivated and proactive, with a flexible approach to work and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
