About the Role
We are seeking a Dedicated Home Support Specialist to join our team at Alina Homecare.
Job Summary:
The successful candidate will provide live-in care support to clients in their homes, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting independence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with personal care, including washing, dressing, and grooming
- Manage medication schedules and collect prescriptions as needed
- Prepare healthy meals and assist with mealtimes
- Clean and tidy client homes, including laundry and household chores
- Run errands and assist with shopping
- Support clients with mobility issues, including assistance with walking and transfers
Requirements:

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently
- A willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
