We're looking for an experienced and skilled Senior Gas Installation Specialist to join our Emergency Response Team. As the first point of contact at customers' homes, you'll be the face of our brand, ensuring that we provide exceptional service and support during emergency situations.

With a strong background in gas installation and maintenance, you'll work closely with our teams to ensure that our home and business customers receive reliable and efficient services. Your expertise will help us to deliver high-quality installations, replacements, and maintenance of gas meters and appliances, as well as high-rise and gas safety regulation surveys.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, and a calm demeanor when dealing with vulnerable or elderly customers. You should have either a CCN1 or CMA1 qualification, with MET1 being beneficial but not essential. Additionally, you'll need a full UK driving licence and experience working within a gas environment, including knowledge of gas appliances, testing, purging, and commissioning pipework.
